problems. Jordi is a serious person working, who likes things well
done. He has even been involved in the meeting of neighbors to explain how they were going to do things (which made the neighbors more relaxed). They have been so meticulous when it comes to soundproofing that the acoustic test results determine that I could use my place as a music bar (but my real interest is not to disturb my neighbors in the upper floors at all, which was one of the factors that worried me the most). We are Tomás and Magali, a couple that we have our residence in
arcelona and a small house on a piece of land in Vilanova i la Geltrú. On behalf of the whole community of the development, located at Calle Sitges, nº44, in Sant Pere de Ribes: Every time it rained, we had a constant nightmare of water leaks, dampness and leaks. We decided to look for a professional of confidence and that guaranteed the work to us 100%. Through an acquaintance who gave us good references, we contacted with Jordi García. We made a budget without compromise, very good value for money. The budget was accepted and got to work, we fixed the roof, which came out in perfect condition and with a warranty. We needed to make a change in the façade of our house, but I was esitant because of the problems I had in other construction work. Angels knew Jordi García, and I ventured to do the work, from the offer and by showing us the different finishes already convinced me. The work was done with care and more surprising in the agreed-on period, with a perfect final finish. Later we did the kitchen, and this time without our presence, the work was done just as well as if we had been present. Hi, I'm Neus Medina, director of the scenic arts center FLOW CENTER, located in Avinguda Cubelles 60-62 in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona).
